It wasn’t a sudden idea or an overnight project. It grew over the years between finding my feet in a new country, long workdays, audacious goals & dreams, family responsibilities, and countless quiet moments of self-doubt.
There were nights I questioned myself:
👉 “Will anyone read this?”
👉 “Is my story worth sharing?”
👉 “What if no one understands?”
But every time doubt whispered, I reminded myself: someone out there is waiting to hear these words. Someone else might feel trapped by their own thoughts, held back by beliefs they weren’t even aware of.
When I held the first copy of Shush! in my hands, I felt something shift. It wasn’t just about the book, it was about creating a tool, a companion, a guide for anyone who has ever felt silenced by their inner critic.
This journey taught me: courage isn’t about never feeling doubt; it is about continuing despite it. It is about showing up when your mind says you shouldn’t.
If you are holding onto a dream, but doubt keeps whispering “stop,” here is your reminder: keep going. Someone is waiting on the other side of your courage.
💭 Reflection: What is one dream you have kept alive despite the doubts?
