🧠 Mental well-being doesn’t just “happen.” It is built through daily choices both in our personal lives and in our professional spaces.
From my journey and in writing Shush!, I have seen how small, intentional practices can silence limiting beliefs and create space for growth.
Here are some practical ways you can care for your mental well-being (the list is not exhaustive, but these are powerful starting points):
🌿 In Your Personal Life:
✅ Start your day with affirmations set the tone for your mindset before the world sets it for you.
✅ Create tech-free pauses, silence the noise so you can hear your own thoughts.
✅ Journal your reflections, naming the belief often weakens its grip.
✅ Move your body physical activity clears the mind and relieves stress (I need to do more of this 😂🙈…)
💼 In Your Professional Life:
✅ Set boundaries around work hours, rest fuels performance.
✅ Speak up when limiting beliefs whisper “stay quiet”your voice matters.
✅ Celebrate small wins: acknowledging progress builds resilience.
✅ Support others: mental well-being grows stronger in community, not isolation.
✨ These align closely with the REFRAMER Model I share in Shush!: Recognize, Explore, Focus, Reframe, Affirm, Move, Evolve, and Rise. Practical steps that can be repeated in any setting.
The truth is this: mental well-being is not just about surviving the day, it is about intentionally creating moments that help you thrive.
💬 Which of these do you practice most often, which other practical strategies do you want to add? and which one do you want to start?
