Unlocked My Potential
During the coaching session, I was able to touch on areas of my life that I had just left in my subconscious for so long - it was a great experience peeling through the layers and see who I could become when I put in the required work and everything aligns according to plan. I liked the simplicity of the questions - it got me answering from deep within, yet I did not have to over think the questions or my responses.
I also really liked the session because, for the first time after a long time, I was able to identify why I had not been my best self. We were also able to agree on what the next steps are and I could see vivid picture of my best self - this actually got me very excited! The goal for this session was definitely met and I look forward to more sessions and sharing success stories.
